STATEMENT OF BUSINESS PRACTICE

Complete Connect are committed to running our business responsibly.

Maintaining high ethical principles, respecting human rights and ensuring a fair and ethical workplace free from discrimination of any type is fundamental in all aspect of our business.

We expect all our stakeholders to do the same.

As such, suppliers and other stakeholders of Complete Connect and their subsidiaries and subcontractors must comply with our policies and ensure they have and can demonstrate to us that they operate a fair and ethical workplace and that they uphold human rights standard. We also expect our suppliers to comply with applicable laws, regulations and standards and all relevant International Labour Organisation (ILO) conventions. Our policy is based on the following six principles: –

1. All work is completely voluntary.
2. Zero tolerance to Underage Workers
3. All employees must be paid reasonable Wages and Benefits for their locality.
4. Equal opportunities and non-discrimination in regard to employment.
5. All employees work in an environment that safe and free from harassment.
6. All employees must have a route to “Whistleblowing” that has zero detrimental impact on them.

All work is completely voluntary

Employees must not be forced to work by whatever means, should have clear terms and conditions of employment which are in line with their locality and should be free to leave without unfair restrictions.

Zero tolerance to Underage Workers

All employees must have demonstrated proof of age and be the higher of either over 16 years old or over the legal age for employment in their locality.

All employees must be paid reasonable Wages and Benefits for their locality

Employees wages and benefits must comply with local law.

Equal opportunities and non-discrimination in regard to employment

Employees must not be discriminated against. This includes discrimination based on race, colour, ethnicity, religion, age, nationality, disability, gender, pregnancy, marital status, sexual orientation or gender identity and expression.

Employees must be allowed to join a union or have political affiliation without detrimental impact on them.

All employees work in an environment that safe and free from harassment

Employees must work in a safe environment that is defined by adhering to an identified Health and Safety Policy. All employees must be trained appropriately to ensure their safety.

Employees must be free from verbal, physical or sexual harassment.

All employees must have a route to “Whistle-blowing” that has zero detrimental impact on them

Complete Connect maintains a clear procedure for the purpose of “whistle-blowing”. Employees are able to make disclosures to Complete Connect anonymously and in a way that ensures their anonymity. Routes to whistle-blowing are clearly available at all our places of work.
