Long range 10G over singlemode (9/125) fibre

SFP+ 10G LR transceivers are hot pluggable modules capable of transmitting over long distances using singlemode (9/125) fibre for data centre and enterprise networking applications, and can be used for cabling in large campuses or in Metro Area Networks (MAN).

10GBASE LR

SFP+ LR transceivers transmit over a pair of LC duplex fibres using a distributed feedback laser (DFB) over a wavelength of 1310nm. The Complete Connect SFP+ LR transceivers are available in three different maximum transmission distances to suit specific applications. The three options are: 2km, 10km or 20km (when used in accordance to recognised cabling standards).

SFP+ 10G LR transceivers can connect to another SFP+ LR module, or a QSFP+ LR4 transceiver as part of a breakout.

Vendor/OEM compatibility

This SFP+ 10G SR transceiver can be programmed to be compatible with all major switch and server brands, such as Arista, Cisco, HP, Dell and Juniper (see full list of options above). Complete Connect transceiver modules have a 5-year warranty and a 90-day guarantee to test transceiver compatibility.
