SFP28 25G AOC CABLES

25G AOC Cables up to 100m

Connect SFP28 to SFP28 ports

SFP28 Active Optical Cables (AOC) simplify connecting hubs, switches, routers, and storage racks. As they are factory terminated and tested, the modules on the ends of the cables only need connecting to your equipment.

Complete Connect AOC cables are available in lengths up to 100m in length, although we typically supply set lengths of 1m, 3m, 5m, 10m, 20m, and 30m. They can also be made by our team to a custom length if needed.

25GBASE transmission

The SFP28 25G AOC cables provide connectivity at 25.78Gbp/s over multimode (50/125) fibre.

Compared to Direct Attach Copper (DAC) cables, AOC cables are thinner and lighter which makes them easier to install in dense cabling environments and occupy less space.

Compliance

All SFP28 25G AOC cables are compliant with MSA (Multi-Source Agreement) SFF 8431, 8432 and 8472.

Vendor/OEM compatibility

These SFP28 25G AOC cables can be programmed to be compatible with all major switch and server brands, such as Arista, Cisco, Dell, HP, and Juniper (see full list of options above). Complete Connect cable modules have a 5-year warranty and a 90-day guarantee to test compatibility.

We can offer a cross compatibility service allowing multiple vendors to be connected from the same AOC cable. For example, end A could be programmed to be compatible with Arista while end B could be programmed to work with Cisco.
